Responsibilities:
- Manage your Assembly organization against setting safety, quality, delivery and financial targets by leading and coaching your production team
- Ensure a safe work environment and behaviors for all team members using a methodical approach to risk identification, mitigation and competence development
- Continue the implementation of continuous improvement, which means to implement standardized ways of working, develop the organization and achieve contribution from all employees
- Full accountability and ownership of your team''s development, Union relationships, project follow up, midterm road map (0-1 year) and policy deployment from plant to operator level.
- Inspire and influence through a communicative leadership style with your team and cross functional groups, with 2-way communication and high employee engagement. Ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities, how they contribute to the total result and that they are recognized for performance
- Develop industrial workforce to secure competence
- Assess performance, competencies, and flexibility of employees within the department and initiate appropriate training, counselling, or corrective action to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees
