Production Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees
• Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve efficiency
• Support staffing, scheduling, and communication across shifts
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a required

Preferred Experience

• Packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing environments
• Experience leading teams through growth and operational change
