Description

  • Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and achievement of production targets
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed standards and minimize defects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing, to optimize processes and reduce waste
  • Allocate resources effectively across labor, materials, and equipment to meet operational goals while controlling costs
  • Promote and enforce safety standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and improve turnover
  • Track and report on key production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality, driving data-based decisions
  • Manage production budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities across operations

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in fabrication or metal-based environments
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management capabilities
