They operate a high-performance environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, leveraging advanced manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and achievement of production targets. Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed standards and minimize defects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing, to optimize processes and reduce waste. Allocate resources effectively across labor, materials, and equipment to meet operational goals while controlling costs. Promote and enforce safety standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and improve turnover. Track and report on key production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality, driving data-based decisions. Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
