Description:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow and direction of production sets and communication projects. The typical production manager will dictate production set-up, schedule of projects, and coordinate the production team through the life of each project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct the design of the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
• Communicate between team leaders in marketing and communication to direct messaging.
• Review and approve production content from quality reviewers and marketing teams.
• Oversee communications on project management and report to executive leadership on project status.
• Coordinate necessary teams and talent for communication and marketing projects.
• Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)

Skills:

• Proven experience as production management or a passion for the industry
• Project Management experience
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving
• A team player with great communication skills

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in relevant field preferred.
