Description
Production ManagerThe Production Manager will:Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any hazards or violations.Promote safe work practices and participate in safety initiatives.Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing needs to determine priorities and resource requirements.Coordinate with supervisors and departments to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.Update schedules in response to design changes, material or labor shortages, or production delays.Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely production and shipping.Maintain required inventory levels and request materials as needed.Distribute schedules and work orders to departments.Compile production data for status reporting.Arrange delivery or distribution of materials to keep production on track.Develop production timelines based on sales forecasts.Conduct personnel evaluations and support positive team morale.Provide coaching, support, and training opportunities for team members.The successful applicant should have the following qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in a production management or related roleProficiency with MRP systems or similar production softwareStrong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)What's on offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package as per the offer.Opportunity to work at a growing, reputable, Industrial Manufacturing companyProfessional growth and development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Production Manager, we encourage you to apply today for immediate consideration!
