As a Production Manager you will oversee production activities, optimize processes, and ensure the delivery of world-class products that delight customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, to enhance performance, improve productivity, and support sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic and people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces continuous improvement, and is passionate about building engaged and empowered teams. You'll play a key role in shaping operational success while contributing to a culture centered on innovation, safety, and accountability.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, increase yield, and reduce operational waste.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

  • Ensure production equipment maintenance and downtime activities are planned to minimize disruptions.

  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

  • Establish clear goals and performance expectations that support operational excellence.

  • Manage production budgets and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership.

  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices, including OSHA regulations.

  • Demonstrated success in change management, team development, and leading operational transformation.
