Job Overview: As the Apparel Production Manager, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, fabrication, and distribution of manufacturing, and are a key link in the fashion chain. Your role is to ensure that products are high quality, ready for sale on time, and at the right price.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, and ensuring production is cost effective. Establishing and executing quality and assurance protocols for the product, and monitoring product standards. Assessing the human and material resources needed, and allocating labor resources. Representing the production department in meetings, and working closely with cross-functional teams Researching new sources of manufacturing and industry best practices, checking raw material quality, and ensuring that the manufacturing of garments adheres to all safety standards.

Job Logistics Location: New York, NY - Midtown West Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000
