Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage production operations at a red chili processing facility.
• Oversee food manufacturing activities within a spices and ingredients operation.
• Lead and support production activities during a Monday–Friday day shift.
• Apply food manufacturing experience to the plant's production environment.
• Support efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
• Lead production within a specialized food-processing facility.

Qualifications Needed

• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Experience or strong background in production management within a food-processing or food-manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in plant operations, production, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading production operations within a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in food processing, spices, ingredients, or a related food-manufacturing environment is highly relevant.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Candidates with a demonstrated history of stable employment are preferred; no job hoppers.
• Must be willing to work a Monday–Friday day shift.
• Relocation candidates will be considered, with a full relocation package offered.
