Production Manager

Job Description:
The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations at a cable assembly facility, leading production supervisors and staff while managing production planning, scheduling, materials, capacity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, coordinating with supply chain, maintaining production metrics, resolving quality issues, supporting ISO requirements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Daily Management. The Production Manager will also coach and develop employees, manage performance, improve facility layout and workflow, and ensure the operation maintains a safe, organized, and productive environment.
