Production Manager

A growing energy producer is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at its largest and most strategically important facility. Recent investments have expanded this plant, and leadership is looking for someone who can drive accountability, operational consistency, and production excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of renewable energy experience
• Leadership experience as a:
  • Production Manager
  • Production Supervisor
  • Production Crew Chief/Lead
  • Lab Manager
• Chemical Engineering degree preferred, but not required

The Role

• Lead a team of 15+ direct reports across four production crews and cross-trained floater operators.
• Partner closely with the Lab Manager to optimize plant performance.
• Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
