Production Manager

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and USDA standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Oversee production and manufacturing operations within the food and beverage sector.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and USDA standards.
• Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve production processes.
• Supervise and manage a team of production staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.

• Strong production management and supervision experience.
• Proficiency in GMP, HACCP, and USDA compliance.
• Excellent management and operational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing operations within the food industry.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Tagalog is a plus.

The role is based in a food processing and manufacturing environment, which involves exposure to both hot and cold temperatures. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 5-10 hours of weekly overtime and occasional work on Saturdays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
