Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a Production Manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, developing people, solving problems, and finding smarter ways to operate. You'll lead our manufacturing, shipping, and receiving teams while partnering across the business to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll have a collaborative culture where all leaders are accessible, an opportunity to make a real and visible impact on our company, plus a stable work environment with a Monday-Friday first shift schedule.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead multiple production, shipping, and receiving teams
  • Coach and develop supervisors into strong leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 6S, Kaizen, and other operational excellence initiatives
  • Improve productivity, workflow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Customer Service, Maintenance, HR, and Accounting to solve problems and improve processes
  • Use operational data and KPIs to make smart, informed decisions
  • Help create a culture where safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability come first
  • Support budgeting, workforce planning, labor utilization, and cost improvement initiatives

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Experience leading supervisors and multiple functional areas
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, machining, material flow, and warehouse operations
  • Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 6S, or Kaizen experience
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or similar regulated manufacturing environments
  • ERP/MRP system experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
