In this role, you will lead and manage the Production team to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure alignment with budget and schedule goals. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities while developing team members and ensuring projects are completed safely and successfully.

What You Would Do

• Lead, coach & develop a team of construction crew leaders & installers
• Perform regular job site inspections to reinforce quality, safety, and training opportunities
• Communicate with homeowners to ensure a remarkable customer experience
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure crews are operating efficiently while meeting production goals and deadlines
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We Need

• Leadership experience in the construction industry
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, guide, and develop teams to meet and exceed business goals
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
• Ability to travel with a Valid driver’s license & safe driving record
• Unrestricted lifting ability & ability to climb, crawl, & kneel
