Your Impact
The Group Coach is a senior frontline operational leader responsible for stabilizing and improving performance across multiple teams. Rooted in Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, the Group Coach serves as a leader-of-leaders, developing Team Coaches (shift supervisors) while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and standard work are consistently executed across their group.
This role exists to ensure that problems are solved at the correct level, systems are improving not just results, and Team Coaches are capable, confident, and effective in running daily operations. Group Coaches focus on flow across teams, capability building, and removing systemic barriers that prevent teams from performing to standard.
