Lead day-to-day production across printing and finishing operations
Manage teams of 40-50 temporary and ~10 full-time employees
Drive production schedules, throughput, and on-time delivery
Partner cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, and Scheduling
Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with safety (CAL/OSHA), quality, and regulatory standards
Support facility expansion and operational scale-up initiatives

3+ years in manufacturing leadership (production, operations, or shift leadership)
Experience in print, packaging, paperboard, or similar environment preferred
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and improve production processes
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $140,000 annually.
