Production ManagerLead day-to-day production across printing and finishing operations. Manage teams of 40-50 temporary and ~10 full-time employees. Drive production schedules, throughput, and on-time delivery. Partner cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, and Scheduling. Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety (CAL/OSHA), quality, and regulatory standards.
