Production Manager Production Planner

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Construction Manager/Production Planner. Austin, TX is a centralized location as opportunities for this role are throughout the state of TX.

Roles and Responsibilities: Production Management:

• Lead and manage the overall production planning system across the project/program
• Coordinate with superintendents, project planners, and project leadership
• Review production metrics and field performance
• Monitor progress against production goals and schedule milestones
• Lead discussions regarding production constraints and roadblock resolution
• Ensure consistent production processes are utilized across all phases

Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain weekly work plans
• Facilitate phase planning sessions
• Support pull planning and look-ahead planning activities
• Ensure production planning aligns with the master project schedule
• Verify proper sequencing of work activities and trade coordination
• Track production consistency across project teams

Field Coordination:

• Work directly with superintendents to support field execution
• Participate in planning huddles and coordination meetings
• Ensure trade handoffs occur efficiently
