Join The Spice & Tea Exchange® as a Production Manager, where you will play a critical role in keeping our shelves 
stocked, our blends fresh, and our guests happy. From managing inventory and production priorities to 
to delighting our guests this role is essential in delivering the exceptional products and experiences our guests love.

Responsibilities:
  • Blend, package, and label products accurately and efficiently, including custom spice blends and teas
  • Assess store needs and prioritize daily and weekly production tasks 
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bulk product, labels, packaging and production materials 
  • Forecast production needs based on seasonality and sales trends 
  • Ensure production process meets all requirements and regulations, including allergen management
  • Train and coach store team members on production process and product knowledge
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences when supporting the sales floor
  • Collaborate with customer experience manager and owners to deliver on sales goals
  • Supervise to-go Tea Bar operations and ensure adherence with all requirements and regulations
Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory management and production processes (preferred)
  • Experience in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
