Description

Production ManagerThe client operates in the clean beauty and personal care sector, with a strong emphasis on high-quality, small-batch production. As they continue to grow, they are focused on optimizing processes and building a scalable, high-performing production environment.Job DescriptionDevelop and manage production schedules to meet demand while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.Ensure production processes operate efficiently and consistently produce high-quality products.Monitor workflows and troubleshoot issues to support optimal outcomes for both production and team members.Execute production plans in partnership with leadership to meet output and quality goals.Maintain workforce training and ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.Oversee production scheduling, workflow efficiency, and on-time completion of orders.Monitor and enforce quality control standards, driving continuous process improvements.Analyze production data to identify and resolve inefficiencies.Ensure equipment reliability through preventative maintenance and issue resolution.Manage inventory levels for raw materials and packaging.Promote a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and employee engagement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
