Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing all production-related activities for exciting roofing & siding projects - including, but not limited to: putting together material orders, scheduling installs, managing inventory, maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients
- Managing and motivating roofing crews for high performance
- Creating project timelines and allocating resources efficiently
- Ensuring timely project completion to the highest quality standards
- Being a troubleshooter and resolving any issues efficiently on job sites

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in roofing production or project management (Minimum of 10 years experience)
