We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee 2–3 residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can deliver high-quality projects on schedule while effectively managing field teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of 2–3 active construction projects.
  • Oversee subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate the procurement, ordering, and timely delivery of project materials to avoid delays. 
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
  • Coordinate project handoffs with estimating and preconstruction teams.
  • Resolve project challenges and maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and trade partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety practices, and contractual requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of construction processes and team performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of residential construction management experience.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, material procurement, and project management. 
  • Experience with construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.
