Mancon Inc. is currently seeking a Production Manager to support warehouse and distribution operations. This position supports daily operational planning, workload coordination, and production oversight within a high-volume Government logistics environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and operational leadership skills, experience working within warehouse or distribution operations, and the ability to evaluate performance trends, support process improvements, and adjust operational resources to meet changing mission and workload requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical guidance and direction pertaining to the coordination of all aspects of the Distribution Center’s operational production divisions to include performance planning, systems management, stock positioning, storage, traffic management, workload and staffing impacts, and site-specific missions within scope of this PWS.
- Perform complex functions associated with responding to problems and formulating plans for corrective actions on all aspects of the Distribution operations.
- Analyze operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports, and collaboration with others.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations and performing statistical analysis on operations similar to the size and complexity of the operations offered in this contract.
- Experience will include a minimum of two (2) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past 5 years.
- Possess the skill and ability to leverage information systems to better predict workload changes and adjust resourcing accordingly.
- Secret Security Clearance is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain forklift
Physical Requirements:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
