With a collaborative culture and a focus on innovation, the company provides high-quality products to customers while investing in its people, processes, and long-term growth.Job DescriptionOversee daily plant operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and performance targets are consistently met. Establish production priorities and optimize labor, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and output. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, quality enhancement, and cost savings. Monitor production, labor, inventory, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective action. Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, sanitation, USDA, FDA, GMP, and company standards. Lead customer, regulatory, and internal audits while maintaining a compliant and audit-ready facility. Develop, mentor, and manage supervisors and production teams to support employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. Partner with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Procurement, Shipping, Quality, and R&D to support business objectives and customer requirements. Manage employee relations, performance management, training programs, and workplace safety initiatives.
