Production Manager

This Manager is responsible for providing leadership to ensure employees demonstrate appropriate work skills, safety practices, quality standards, technical accuracy, efficiency and conformity to company policies.

Responsibilities:

* Adjust and optimizes equipment based on production needs while conducting routine visual inspections to ensure safe operation

* Establish and enforce SOPs and ISO 9001 standards to maintain product quality and consistency

* Lead team performance by setting daily priorities, communicating production goals, and ensuring employees are properly trained

* Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes, track material usage and waste, and maintain a clean, organized work environment



Required Skills & Experience:

* 5 years of experience in a glass manufacturing environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm

* Proficient in basic computer programs

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Ability to understand and speak Spanish is preferred
