Westaff is Hiring for 3rd shift Production and Manufacturing Associate in Meriden and Berlin, CT!
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Pay: $19 - $20 an hour
We are hiring dependable 3rd-shift Production & Manufacturing Workers to support high-volume operations in the Berlin/Meriden area. These positions involve hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, including packing, material handling, and chocolate molding line support. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform packing duties: complete paperwork, tie and bag molded product, box and seal items, and palletize
- Transfer molds containing liquid to designated belts and move solidified molds to the next stage
- Demold finished pieces and return empty molds to the line
- Support continuous line flow by rotating between mold mover, packer, and demolder roles as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the full shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance for 3rd-shift hours
- Willingness to rotate between tasks to support production flow
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful but not required
