Westaff is Hiring for 3rd shift Production and Manufacturing Associate in Meriden and Berlin, CT!
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Pay: $19 - $20 an hour
We are hiring dependable 3rd-shift Production & Manufacturing Workers to support high-volume operations in the Berlin/Meriden area. These positions involve hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, including packing, material handling, and chocolate molding line support. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform packing duties: complete paperwork, tie and bag molded product, box and seal items, and palletize
Transfer molds containing liquid to designated belts and move solidified molds to the next stage
Demold finished pieces and return empty molds to the line
Support continuous line flow by rotating between mold mover, packer, and demolder roles as needed
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for the full shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance for 3rd-shift hours
Willingness to rotate between tasks to support production flow
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful but not required
