Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all rolesStrong attendance and reliabilityWillingness to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production settingComfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by roleBasic math, measurement, and documentation skillsTeam‑oriented mindset and desire to learn

Pay & Shifts

Hourly pay varies by role and experience (recently increased)

Pay ranges from $20/hr - $27/hr starting rates, dependent on role & experienceShift differentials: $1.00/hr for 2nd shift, $2.00/hr for 3rd shift
