Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Learn and run production equipment safely following standard daily procedures.
• Quality Check: Keep an eye on production output to spot defects or irregularities early.
• Basic Maintenance: Assist with basic machine adjustments, routine checks, and keeping the line running cleanly.
• Documentation: Keep simple, accurate daily logs of production counts and basic metrics.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety guidelines, keep your work area clean, and report any operational issues promptly.

• Aptitude & Mindset: Fast learner, detail-oriented, and eager to pick up new processes on the job.
• Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance record, positive attitude, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic Aptitude: General mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic tools.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work assigned 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedules.
• Physical Capability: Able to stand for extended periods and move comfortably in an active factory environment.
