Job Summary:
The Production Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the master production schedule to ensure the timely delivery of aerospace products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, engineering, and supply chain, to align production schedules with customer demands, inventory goals, and capacity constraints.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production scheduling or planning
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning
Technical Skills:
SAP R/3 experience is essential, including the Production Planning and Inventory Management modules.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Project, Office and other data analysis tools
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) principles
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Certifications: APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) or PMP is a plus.
