Working closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams, you'll help maintain material flow, support inventory accuracy, coordinate shipments, and keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and wants to make a direct impact on the production of world-class transportation solutions.What you will do:Ensure production teams have the materials, components, and inventory needed to meet manufacturing schedulesPick, kit, stage, and distribute materials to support locomotive and rail vehicle productionReceive, inspect, label, and stock incoming materials while maintaining inventory accuracyCoordinate outbound shipments, customer orders, and production-related logistics activitiesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move materials safely and efficientlySupport inventory control activities, cycle counts, SAP transactions, and inventory reconciliationWork closely with Production Planners, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and maintain material readinessMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives This posting outlines the primary responsibilities of the role, but is not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned in alignment with business needs.
