About the Role
Keep our production lines moving. You’ll manage the flow of materials, tools, and supplies across the shop floor — staying ahead of inventory needs, coordinating with the production team, and supporting shipping and fulfillment.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Move and distribute materials across production areas and departments
  • Monitor and track inventory; assist with counts, audits, and reporting
  • Stage production runs based on orders and lead times
  • Prepare pallets, load trucks, and run mail deliveries as needed
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse systems safely
  • Support USPS and multi-carrier shipping; prepare and ship small packages
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in material handling and inventory management
  • 3+ years seated forklift operation
  • 1+ year with mail/shipping services
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and self-management skills
  • Print or manufacturing experience a plus
  • Clean driving record and must be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
On your feet most of the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and kneel frequently, operate a pallet jack, climb in/out of delivery trucks, and drive for mail runs. Indoor production and outdoor loading areas. Reasonable accommodations available.
