Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Mechanic to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance across filling and packaging lines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment including filling, capping, sealing, and coding systems
• Perform line changeovers and equipment adjustments to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• Execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Maintain pumps, tanks, piping, and fluid handling systems
• Support plant systems including air distribution and plumbing infrastructure
• Replace and repair components such as motors, belts, bearings, and electrical parts
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and proper PPE usage

Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining production or packaging ,equipment (liquid filling preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with automated equipment
