As a Production Mixer, you'll play a crucial role in helping produce high-quality snack products. You'll work closely with the team to mix ingredients, move materials, and support efficient production operations. This position offers steady hours, weekly pay, and room for growth within the company.

What You'll Do
As a Production Mixer, you will be responsible for:


• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to formulas and production schedules.


• Operate forklifts, tow motors, and hand trucks to move raw materials and finished goods.


• Support packaging and production teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Follow GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality standards diligently.


• Conduct quality checks and record results accurately.


• Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized.


• Assist with inventory rotation using FIFO procedures.


• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:


• At least 1 year of forklift or tow motor experience


• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely


• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail


• Willingness to work overtime as needed


• Availability for 1st or 3rd shift


• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality


• High school diploma or GED preferred
