Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a PCM Dept 305 to join their team. As a PCM Dept 305, you will be part of the Extruding Processing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, attention to detail, and safety consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate, assist, and cooperate with the Extruder Operator and Process Crew Members to ensure correct set-ups and produce a quality product.
• Use hand tools, gauging devices, and Statistical Process Control to set-up and monitor product quality.
• Operate material handling equipment such as walkees, tuggers, and forklifts, ensuring proper care and safe operation.
• React quickly to equipment downtime or extraordinary conditions, notifying supervision as needed.
• Follow standard practices to achieve quality and quantity production, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Willingness to follow safety policies, environmental policies, and plant procedures.
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation and quality monitoring tools.
• Certification to operate a forklift through the Safety Department.
