NOW HIRING – Production Machine Operators | High Point, NC
A manufacturing company in High Point is looking to fill several Production Machine Operator positions on night shift.
? Pay: $18.00/hour ? Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM ? Training: Candidates will train on 1st shift for a few days before transitioning to the night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery
Load and unload materials from machines
Monitor the production process and product quality
Make basic adjustments as needed
Follow production and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality standards
Must be able to lift 50+bls
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to nights
Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
