What you’ll do
- Keep lines moving: assist operators, clear minor jams, and maintain flow
- Verify quality: check parts and finished goods against standards
- Package product: prepare, label, and stage items for shipment
- Rotate roles: learn multiple stations across the facility
- Stay safe and organized: maintain a clean work area
Cross-functional exposure
- Material movement by hand, equipment, or forklift (training available)
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- No prior experience required—paid training provided
- Dependable, detail-focused team contributor
- Comfortable with an active role: standing, moving, and lifting during the shift
Schedule and compensation
- Full-time position with multiple shifts
- Overtime opportunities tied to production demand
- Starting pay: $15–$17/hour plus a weekly attendance bonus
