Production Operations Associate – Machine Tending & Materials

What You’ll Tackle

• Deburr, clean, and finish machined parts to spec
• Rework parts to meet quality standards and customer requirements
• Tend equipment and assist operators to keep production flowing
• Stage packaging and package finished parts per work order instructions
• Material handling and general warehouse support
• Shop/warehouse housekeeping and equipment upkeep
• Inventory support: cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Assist with building/department maintenance as needed
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
• Identify/report safety concerns; follow all safety policies and procedures
• Take on additional tasks to meet production and customer needs

Must‑Haves

• Manufacturing experience is required
• Stable employment history demonstrating reliability
• Visual/manual inspection to confirm acceptable quality
• Ability to understand, follow, and respond to verbal safety instructions
• Detail orientation and strong team collaboration
• Comfort working across different manufacturing machines

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs on your own; heavier items with help
• Regular reaching above shoulder level; climbing and balancing
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as tasks require
• On your feet and moving throughout the shift in a manufacturing setting

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• Familiarity with micrometers and calipers
• Inventory/warehouse background
