Production Operations Associate Manager

Day-in-the-Life in Pompano Beach, FL

Step onto the production floor and start your morning walk-through, checking work centers, verifying schedules, and confirming materials are in place. You partner with the Production Manager to align the day’s priorities, then keep a pulse on throughput and quality as teams ramp up. Midday, you huddle with leads to remove roadblocks, coach new team members, and reinforce safety standards. As the shift progresses, you capture performance metrics, document insights, and close the day by reporting results and opportunities for improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily workflows and monitor processes to keep output on plan while upholding quality expectations.
• Partner with operators and leads to quickly troubleshoot issues and restore flow.
• Track and maintain accurate production metrics; prepare and share performance reports with management.
• Support onboarding and skills development for production staff to elevate team performance.
• Champion and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement efforts that streamline processes and reduce waste.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in production or manufacturing; prior supervisory exposure is a strong plus.
• Solid grasp of manufacturing methods and quality control practices.
• Exceptional organization and time management with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear, collaborative communicator who works well across diverse teams.
• Comfort with production management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptability and composure when priorities shift or pressure rises.
