If you are ready to start learning, growing, and making an impact with a career in fintech, we would like to know: Are you FIS?What you will be doing:Lead and support daily workflow operations to ensure payment transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level expectationsMonitor team productivity and quality metrics, provide real-time guidance, and help remove workflow obstacles to main operational goalsCoach and encourage team members by answering questions, reinforcing best practices, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused work environmentAdapt quickly to changing business priorities, balance multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth workflow operations.Analyze workflow trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce processing delays, and enhance overall team performanceAssist with training and onboarding new team members by demonstrating processes, answering questions, and reinforcing quality and productivity expectationsServe as a positive role model by demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset while helping the team achieve daily operational goalsOther related duties assigned as needed.Entry level paySchedule: On-site. Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm CST.
