Production Operations Floor Lead

Your schedule
We run 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to keep production moving.
- Training (8-hour schedule):
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
- 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)
- After training (12-hour schedule):
- Weekend Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Rotating schedule
Typical cadence: 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours). Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.
Pay and incentives
- $25.00/hour base rate
- Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend schedules
- Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws
What you’ll do
- Direct daily activities for a team of production employees
- Keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to spec
- Stage materials and sequence priorities to hit targets
- Track progress and escalate issues promptly
- Train, mentor, and support team members (including new hires)
- Model standard work and reinforce safety and policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Must-haves
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (critical for safety and coordination)
- Comfort in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
- Prior team lead, trainer, or informal leadership experience
- Familiarity with ERP or production tracking tools
- High-volume or shift-based manufacturing background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali)
