Job Description:

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general assembly of products in accordance with product specifications/engineering drawings.
- Perform required inspections of product in accordance with Quality Procedures.
- Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and hard structural materials. Use verity of hand tools, including pneumatic tools.
- Interpret work instructions Work safely, including wearing appropriate PPE, maintain a clean work area.
- Work within a group and execute duties within a team structure Perform additional duties as deemed necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general assembly of products in accordance with product specifications/engineering drawings.
- Perform required inspections of product in accordance with Quality Procedures.
- Record applicable inspection/test results. Interpret inspection/test results to reflect job function requirements as necessary.
- Work safely and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform additional duties as deemed necessary.
- Must be able to arrive on time, and work a full shift Must be able to work a full work week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to use common hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to interpret and apply standards.
- Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Ability to work in a closed environment, specifically within a cave system
- Ability to work on uneven surfaces
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Prior assembly in a manufacturing facility preferred but not required.
- Fiberglass experience preferred but not required.
