Job TitleJob Description Required Education• High school diploma. Preferred Education• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, Logistics, or a related field. Required Experience• Experience managing purchase orders from creation through shipment and fulfillment. • Experience coordinating production, inventory, or supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment. • Experience tracking shipments, monitoring order status, and coordinating with vendors or logistics partners. • Experience maintaining accurate operational records within an ERP or similar business system. • Experience supporting cross-functional teams while managing multiple deadlines and priorities. Preferred Experience• Experience in the apparel, fashion, retail merchandising, consumer products, or manufacturing industries. • Experience using Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or a comparable ERP platform. • Experience with Monday.com or another project management system. • Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and international suppliers. • Experience supporting production planning, goods receipt, invoicing, or fulfillment operations. Required Skills• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills• Knowledge of production operations, manufacturing workflows, and logistics processes. • Proficiency with Adobe products. • Familiarity with ERP reporting and production tracking tools. • Ability to analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across vendors, finance, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities• Manage purchase orders throughout the production lifecycle to ensure timely execution and delivery. • Monitor production schedules, work-in-progress, and shipment status while maintaining accurate operational dashboards. • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and process goods receipts. • Partner with vendors, factories, logistics providers, and internal departments to resolve production and delivery issues. • Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure all order, inventory, and shipment information is current. • Schedule product inspections and verify shipment accuracy against purchase documentation. • Support finance by coordinating billing activities and ensuring timely invoice processing. • Prepare reports, maintain production documentation, and assist with initiatives that improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
