Production Operations Sr. Representative - 2nd shift

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $20.90

Shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Use various tools to assemble electronic products and components
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process
• Read blueprints and schematics for proper assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in a production role using various tools
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints
• Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation
