Production Operations

Summary:

• Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and adhere to all established health and safety rules.
• Learn and apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adhere to the production plan schedule while producing high-quality products.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment and follow detailed instructions under close supervision.
• Champion the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of products and maintain efficiencies.
• Perform tasks such as hand soldering, working under a microscope, reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and work orders.
• Prepare product components and fixtures for assembly and perform bonding processes.
• Fabricate cable assemblies and perform limited testing of products.
• Engage in routine hands-on assembly tasks in the manufacture of Eddy Current probes, Ultrasonic transducers, or BondMaster sensors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Computer skills and literacy are a plus.
• Highly organized, self-managed individual who can work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to embrace change and be a team player.
• Enjoy contributing to a diverse manufacturing group.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods.
