Production Operations Technician

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operations Technician to join their team. As a Production Operations Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operations Technician

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $26 - $28

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Perform PCB assembly, soldering, and rework activities according to production specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and work orders
• Inspect and troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies
• Operate production tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support testing, validation, and quality control processes

What's Needed?

• Experience with hand soldering and electronic component assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and PCB layouts
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
• Familiarity with electronic testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
