Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17 - $18 per hour
Hours:

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3rd Shift - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

As a Production Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations and help uphold high standards of quality and efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with the production team to ensure that products are created and shipped to specifications, playing a vital role in the company's success.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Catching parts as they come off the injection molding machines and directing them safely to prevent damage or injury.
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Packaging finished and inspected products efficiently for shipment.
• Loading resins into machines to facilitate smooth production cycles.
• Performing assembly tasks such as adding screws, O-rings, and other components to finished molds to prepare products for delivery.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• The physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and handle weights up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
• Warehouse experience and familiarity with manufacturing equipment are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Location & Schedule
This on-site position is based at 12315 York Delta Drive in North Royalton, OH. The schedule is the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, the third shift schedule is 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with overtime possible as needed.
