Production Operator – 1st Shift Manufacturing
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $19–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time


We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a hands-on production role with a steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Training is provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attendance, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate imaging and manufacturing equipment

  • Inspect in-process and finished products for quality

  • Read and follow drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

  • Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance

  • Assist with screen printing setup and material preparation

  • Support daily production needs to meet quality and production goals

  • Cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable working with machines, tools, or production equipment

  • Dependable with strong attendance

  • Ability to read basic drawings or blueprints preferred

  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions

  • Quality-focused and willing to learn new processes

  • Manufacturing, machine operation, screen printing, or production experience is helpful but not required
