Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00am-2:00pm | Monday-Friday

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. What You'll Do as a Production Operator:- Operate production equipment including rotational molding and vacuum forming machines
- Load and unload molds and manage materials throughout the production process
- Perform secondary operations such as routing, flaming, fiberglassing, and assembly
- Inspect molds, tooling changes, and finished components to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow and verify all production procedures, documentation, and work instructions
- Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements or cost-saving ideas
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and promote a safe working environment
- Assist across multiple production functions as needed to support operational demands
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:- Experience in manufacturing or production processes (rotational molding preferred)
- Familiarity with molding, assembly, and secondary production operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing production needs
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work long shifts in a warm environment with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to follow written procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with standards
