Shift : Monday- Friday 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Summary:

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow in aerospace manufacturing. You'll use various tools and equipment to help manufacture or repair aerospace component parts-training is provided on the job.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts.
  • Load/unload parts into chemical milling and furnace systems.
  • Follow detailed instructions (travelers) to inspect and complete tasks.
  • Attend on-the-job training (OJT) sessions.
  • Ensure parts meet traveler specifications.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Follow Chromalloy's safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Demonstrate Core Company values ("Three Circles").
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Able to read, write, and understand English (FAA requirement).
  • Experience using hand tools and industrial/machinery equipment (preferred).
  • Background in aerospace, construction, or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Must have good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
