Job SummaryWe're looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support the disassembly, repair, assembly, and restoration of gas turbine engine components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. You'll work with a variety of tools, equipment, and repair processes to help return critical aerospace components to service.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist with the disassembly and reassembly of gas turbine engine components and assembliesRepair and fabricate engine parts and tooling using sanding, blasting, deburring, brazing, and other manufacturing processesReplace worn or damaged components using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and gaugesInspect parts throughout the repair process to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve component and assembly discrepanciesVerify tooling and measuring equipment are properly calibrated prior to useComplete production and quality documentation as requiredSupport production projects and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company quality, safety, environmental, and ethical standards

High school diploma or equivalentMechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detailAbility to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and shop equipmentAbility to read and follow work instructions and production documentationStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work overtime as needed
Nice to Have
A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) LicenseExperience as a gas turbine engine mechanic, repair technician, or related manufacturing roleAerospace, aviation, MRO, or precision manufacturing experienceExperience with brazing, blasting, deburring, or component repair processesFamiliarity with quality inspection tools and measurement techniques
